"Mostly accurate, but a bit frustrating"
The pictures usually match what you get, but not every time. I was already feeling mentally drained, so dealing with the inconsistency was kind of frustrating. It’s not terrible, just something to keep in mind

I usually stick with another brand/store out of habit, so I wasn’t expecting much, but this was a really easy experience. I found everything I needed fast and didn’t run into any issues. it kind of made me question my usual loyalty a bit.

"Arrived Fine, Just Took Longer Than Expected"
I placed my order earlier in the month and it did eventually show up in okay condition. By the second week of waiting, I started wondering what was going on because the shipping updates weren’t very clear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish there had been better communication while I was waiting.

"Finally, stuff that feels like me!"
I really like how much variety they have... like, you can find goth basics, weird little cute accessories, and a bunch of stuff in between. It’s nice not having to scroll through the same boring clothes everyone else has. I actually found pieces that feel like my style, which is kind of rare??

I had to reach out to VampireFreaks support with a question about my order, and umm, it took a couple days before I heard anything back. They did eventually reply and were nice, but I had to send a follow-up first, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a bit slow. I think it’d be better if they responded faster or at least sent some kind of update while you’re waiting.

"Got fixed, but the process was frustrating"
Support did eventually fix the problem with my order, but it took days and I kept getting transferred around like nobody really wanted to deal with it. Some of the replies felt careless too, like they weren’t actually reading what I wrote. Glad it’s sorted now, but not very happy with the experience.

"Solid deals if you don’t get played by the sales"
I’ve ordered from VampireFreaks a few times now, and the discounts are the big reason I keep coming back like a little bargain gremlin. They drop promo codes often, and I got a sweet chunk knocked off my last boots order. Shipping was totally fine too, no weird nonsense. Only annoying thing is I bought once and then, of course, a better sale showed up the next day like a jerk. Still, I’m really happy with the prices overall.

I really like the clothes, and the site is easy to use. The only thing is the shipping cost felt a bit too high for me. It kind of takes what seems like a good deal and makes it feel not so cheap after all.

"Cool Finds, But Wait for a Sale"
VampireFreaks has some really unique styles, it’s nice finding pieces there that you don’t see everywhere else. That said, just a heads up for anyone browsing, the prices can feel a little steep once shipping gets added on. The quality of what I ordered was decent, not disappointing, but not exactly amazing either. I’d probably shop there again if there’s a sale or a discount code floating around, but paying full price is a bit harder to justify.

I’ve ordered from VampireFreaks a few times now, and I expected the usual alt shop situation where half the sizes are sold out or you have to wait forever for a restock. But I’ve actually been able to find the items and sizes I wanted easily, which was a nice surprise. Checkout was simple too, so overall I’ve been happy with my orders...

"Arrived safe, but the packaging was rough"
The package did show up safely, so I’m glad nothing was broken, but the box was crushed when it arrived. At this point I’m a little tired of having to cross my fingers every time something gets delivered. It worked out fine, but I expected the packing to be better.

The order tracking didn’t update for a few days, which made me a little suspicious about where my stuff actually was. I kept checking and getting basically no useful info. It did show up in the end and everything was fine, so I can’t say it was a total problem, but the tracking could definitely be clearer. Not terrible, not great...

I had to return a hoodie because the sizing just felt off as soon as I tried it on. My gut told me it wasn’t going to be something I’d actually wear, so I sent it back. The return process was easy enough, and they got back to my email within a couple of days. The refund took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but it did eventually come through. Overall, not a bad experience.

"Refund went through, but it took longer than I hoped"
I ordered from vampirefreaks.com and ended up needing a refund. To be fair, they did approve it, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it definitely tested my patience a bit. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked, and waiting for the money to show back up made me feel a little uneasy. In the end, everything worked out, so I’m not upset, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.
